TOP 10 foreign home buyers in Turkey

Foreigners are setting record after record by buying more property in Turkey. For 9 months of this year, they purchased 37,479 real estate objects in the country, which is 43% more than in the same period last year.

Most housing in Turkey was bought by citizens of Iran (5.923 units), Iraq (5.621 units) and Russia (2.089 units). Note that the top three remain unchanged for the second year.

The citizens of Afghanistan (1643 units), Germany (1484 units), Kazakhstan (1339 units), Kuwait (1154 units), Azerbaijan (1020 units), USA (1.014 units) and Yemen follow the number of purchases made. (949 units).

By the end of the year, the real estate sector hopes to sell 50,000 properties to foreigners.
