The history of Plus Investment’s construction activity began back in 2005, when the company decided to join forces with an investment company from the United Kingdom and launched their first joint project — the Dream Villas complex.
After that came 1–2 block residential complexes with on-site infrastructure, located close to the sea in central parts of the city: City Suites 1, 2, 3, Dolce Mare (City Suites 4), as well as residential building projects falling under the city improvement program, such as Başak Apartmanı and Harmony 1.
The latter project became the foundation for a chain of residential complexes — Harmony 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. However, Plus Investment handed over the construction management of these properties starting from Harmony 4, as a result of an internal partnership restructuring within the company.
Afterwards, Plus Investment focused its resources in two directions:
First, on large, spacious apartments suitable for families. This gave rise to the Gülevşen Park project in the Çıplaklı district. Apartments there start from 2+1 layouts with separate kitchens and at least 120 m² of living space.
Second, on providing residence permits and citizenship. This led to the joint project with Yakar Group — the Midpoint Cleopatra residential complex located in the city center.
At present, both projects have been completed. All the resources and focus of Plus Investment are now dedicated to Symphony Garden — a complex of 175 apartments with 9,000 m² of open and indoor activity areas.
