Land prices in Turkey almost doubled

Prices for land plots in Turkey have almost doubled, now this type of real estate is especially in demand. More and more people want their own house and it is desirable that it be outside the city. Over the past 2 years, land prices have increased by 178% in Izmir and by 143% in Muğla. These two provinces showed the biggest increase in land prices in Turkey.

For example, land prices in the province of Mugla increased by almost 143%, in Bodrum (Mugla) by 137%. In the province of Antalya, popular with foreigners, the increase in land prices in a number of areas amounted to 87%.

Despite the increase in the cost of land, there are more and more people who want to buy them. Buyers of land acquire both for the construction of private villas or houses, and for agricultural business in Turkey.
